2. One or more targets of his rage and disdain.
3. Random drive-by smears.
4. Sycophantic praise of bloggers and journalists you may have actually heard of.
5. The occasional expression of bloodlust.
6. Threats to quit blogging if he doesn't get paid.
8. Random threats to quit.
9. Episodes of actually quitting.
10. Criticism of the media and lefty bloggers you've heard of because they don't pay more attention to him.
11. Self-referential praise, frequently including allusions to the notion that he has been a writer and journalist for nigh unto 30 years.
I'm sure I've missed some.
